Price lock
Eligible customer prices are locked for ten minutes and enforced by the production backend.
Payment method
The current Bullion phase uses bank transfer. Customers cannot mark an order as paid.
Fulfilment
Pickup or insured delivery options depend on the approved operational rules.
Cancellations and refunds
The current approved scope does not expose a normal customer cancellation or refund flow.
